With the development of popularization of higher education, young teachers are becoming the main force at universities. Overall looking at young teachers, their new knowledge structure and high level of education bring vigor and vitality to university teachers. Generally speaking, their morality condition is good. But a part of them need to strengthen their ethics education. Therefore, strengthening the professional ethics of young university teachers is even more urgent. It is becoming an important research topic in the field of higher education.In this paper, we use the literature and empirical research methods. Through analysis and study of the situation and issues of young university teachers’professional ethics, we can consummate morality evaluation system of university teachers professional ethics system to achieve purpose of throwing away a brick in order to get a gem.. At the same time it can provide a theoretical basis for solving the current lack of young teachers ethical issues and social reconstruction of teachers’ professional ethics system.In this paper, based on Marxist philosophy, ideological and political education and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, we define the meaning of young teachers and professional ethics. Under the new situation, researching the demands of young university teachers’professional ethics. Young university teachers should be made to comply with the patriotic and law-abiding, dedicated and love students, rigorous scholarship, service to the community and serve as role models of professional ethics. On this basis, take the example of universities in Heilongjiang province and methods questionnaire to make a analysis of the current young university teachers’better quality of professional ethics, stable teachers, teaching more seriously, the balanced development of research and teaching status, etc. Meanwhile, there is also a lack of awareness of professional ethics, a teacher’s self-awareness and "education" sense of mission and other issues. The reason is teachers’ own, professional ethics and social analysis. On this basis, point out that universities should increase young university teachers professional ethics,create social environment for young university teachers’professional ethics and strengthen teachers’ professional ethics consciously.Young university teachers’good professional ethics formation is a gradual process. Requiring social, school and teacher’s own creates synergy. Trying to find effective ways and means for young teachers’professional ethics. Improve a new level of young teachers’professional ethics. And strive to create a good educational environment.
