Young teachers of higher vocational education are key factor in fostering talented people with high applied quality. Thus, study on their professional ethics is an important task through the development of higher vocational education in China. It is obvious that the teacher's rank in higher vocational school has changed a lot with the in-depth transition and reformation of the society. For one thing, young teachers have been an important component of the faculty in higher vocational education. For another, along with the establishment and perfection of the market oriented economic system, some of young teachers have been impacted and affected, and thus induced the emergence of such abnormalities as corruption and disliking the profession. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze the originals and solutions of the important issue in our country.The thesis consists of three parts to study the construction of young higher vocational teacher's professional ethics in the new period:The first part discusses the current situation of higher vocational young teachers' professional ethics and points out the disadvantages of teacher's virtue.The second part analyzes the reasons of the abnormalities from both objective and subjective aspects. The objective reasons mainly include the change of circumstance in social transition, the bad effect of market economy, the faulty of the associated statute and system, the neglect of the education of professional ethics and the imperfect interests guarantee system. While the subjective ones focused on the actual morality of individual and the low demand of morality.The third part probes the pertinent solutions to the issue of higher vocational young teachers' professional abnormalities: 1. Improving the morality of young teachers faithfully. 2. Ameliorating the social environment for the purpose of building good atmosphere of teacher's professional ethics construction. 3. Constituting the teacher's professional ethics according to the development of higher vocational education in our country. 4. Strengthening the education of professional ethics. 5. Constructing and perfecting of the validity associated mechanism. 6. Ensuring the teacher's legitimate interests.
