Research Of University Student's Career Planning And Strategy

While the higher education is more and more popular, the unprecedented pressure of obtaining job became a serous problem of college students. How to improve the competitiveness and comprehensive quality of college students is focal point in modern society. That is the background of people attaching more importance to the career-designing theory. It is considered by author that career-designing of college students makes significance for personal of corporation and prosperity of the society.This study expressed the importance of the research of university student's career planning. It is based on fundamental career theories including career-choice theory. According to the mental and physical characteristics during the period of university students career planning, it analyzes the professional career program of university students. It is implemented normally through setting up career aspiration, carrying out self anatomy and location, evaluation professional career opportunity, determining professional career goal, selection professional career route, establishing professional career strategy, and carrying out assessment and correction.This thesis has been finished by using researching methods of documenting, interviewing, inducing and deducing, and theoretical analysis. Based on the exited researching results and the comprehensive analysis of the present employing situation and career planning of university students, this thesis induces the interior and exterior factors which influence the career planning of university students, discusses the career planning possible routes of university students, and accordingly puts forward some constructive suggestions.To realize the professional career program of university students, it's needed through the insurance of concept, system and material resources, strengthening troops construction of the working systems of employment guidance, acceleration teaching reform, reinforcing practice teaching links, and raising innovation ability of university students.
