The Characteristic Research Of Regional Culture Of Mianzhang In Luliang Area

In this paper, we investigate the crowd who practice Mianzhang in Luliang, Taiyuan city etc and some relative leaders and staffs who work in the martial art association in Luliang area by means of finding out some literature materials, doing the comparative research, interviewing experts and doing some logic demonstrating. After collecting masses of information, we get the conclusion and make the systematic introduction of Mianzhang, even by using this method, we can get the general summary of this region's culture. Finally, we could get the characteristic of Mianzhang in this region's culture as the following five parts: the representation form, contents, range of using, mian body of using and origin.The content of this paper consists three parts:The first part is mainly to make the introduction of Mianzhang's concept and origin. Second part is to summarize the feature of the area's culture through choosing the concept "regional culture" or "area culture" among several different concepts. The third part consists of two sects:that is the regional culture effects on Mianzhang martial art in Luliang area and the counteractive affect which Mianzhang martial art on regional culture. Therefore, this paper's aim is firstly to let people get some knowledge about the two main body:that is Mianzhang martial art in Luliang and regional culture, then after analysing the relationship between the two parts to make further research on the regional culture of Mianzhang in Luliang. The former part includes the factors of economy, society, zen, geography, fork-way and fork-custom, even the effect which the martial development in Yuan and Qing dynasty on Mianzhang martial art in Luliang area. The latter embodies that Mianzhang martial art in Luliang has already influence the material civilization and mentality civilization in this area even the work on protecting the immateriality culture heritage. As a result, Mianzhang martial art in Luliang promote the local atmosphere to practice martial art, it can also carry out the Chinese nation's traditional culture, at the same time, it could influence local people's custom.
