Traditional martial arts is an important symbol of my country’s excellent national culture.In recent years,with the development and progress of society,under the influence and influence of various negative factors,the good wishes of inheritance and protection of traditional martial arts have not been able to achieve a perfect landing in the real life of the new era.Yongjia Ouqu Nanquan,as an important type of fist circulated in southern Zhejiang,has undergone hundreds of years of cultural washing and precipitation,and contains strong local historical sentiments and characteristic cultural landscapes.Through the use of literature data method,interview method,field investigation method,questionnaire investigation method,logical analysis method,mathematical statistics method,and from the perspective of regional culture,this article deeply explores the historical origin and development,regional living environment and spread of Yongjia Ouqu Nanquan The cultural connotation contained in the boxing techniques and theoretical ideas,technical styles and types of the boxing,systematically analyzed the relationship between the inheritance and protection of Yongjia Ouqu Nanquan,and the current situation of inheritance and protection,and proposed the inheritance and protection of Yongjia in a targeted manner.The strategy of Ouqu Nanquan.In general,this article mainly draws the following conclusions:1.The history of Yongjia Ouqu Nanquan can be traced back to Jin Ming,the ancestor of the Wu family in the Southern Song Dynasty.It was taught by Chen Qi in the theory of sex theory,and was created when he settled in Yongjia Ouqu(formerly known as Houqu).This type of boxing was born out of the Shaolin Tiger-shaped boxing(pictographic boxing type).It has been passed on for more than 700 years and 27 generations,and it is listed as an intangible cultural heritage boxing type in Zhejiang Province.From ancient times to the present,its survival and inheritance are closely related to the unique geographical environment in which it is located,and together constitute the adaptive system for the survival of Yongjia Ouqu Nanquan.2.The inheritance of the Yongjia Ouqu Nanquan theoretical system mainly includes the integration of the Ziwu Five Elements pile method and Taoist thought;the inheritance of the technical system mainly includes basic techniques and techniques,boxing and weapon exercise routines,offensive and defensive technical systems,and orthopedics and traumatology Four aspects of the inheritance of health and fitness techniques.Among them,the basic techniques and techniques mainly include 12 basic hand types,14 basic techniques,10 basic steps,5 basic palms,and 5 basic leg techniques.Boxing exercise routines include Seven Tiger loss of the inheritance of the content system,the aging of inheritors,the weak inheritance of generations,the lack of innovation in inheritance,and the lack of innovation.The library equipment is obsolete,the economic benefits cannot make ends meet,and the organization and management system is not sound.6.The protection status quo of Yongjia Ouqu Nanquan is mainly manifested in the gradual weakening of the inheritor’s subjective protection consciousness;the lack of effective protection in exchanges,performances and competitions;insufficient government-oriented protection;and private medical weapons The developmental protection of culture has four aspects of "stagnation".This research aims at the problems facing the inheritance and protection of Yongjia Ouqu Nanquan,and proposes corresponding inheritance and protection strategies:Inheritance strategies include cultivating the continuous fertile soil of Yongjia Ouqu south fist with the peripheral ecology;taking the "first" culture as the command to effectively implement the education and training of grassroots professional cultural talents;and further improving the innovation and effectiveness of cultural communication carriers and channels Keep up with the times;strengthen the construction of grassroots martial arts cultural positions to create a spiritual garden for the local masses;optimize the dynamic promotion mechanism related to cultural inheritance,and effectively implement the inheritor security system.The protection strategy mainly includes two aspects: internal protection and external protection.Among
