The aim of studying this sport theory is intending to fully improve the physical and psychological qualities of human, build harmonious relations between people, and develop human's essential force actively. Grafting humanism sports thought onto aerobic gymnastics and giving them a whole discussion and research so as to completely comprehend the cultural connotation of aerobic gymnastics, to make people understand aerobic gymnastics better on a higher level and select the right direction for aerobic gymnastics'developing, to let the organizer and participant clearly know the essence, connotation and principle of aerobic gymnastics. As a result, all the people related will together drive an overall growth of aerobic gymnastics, make aerobic gymnastics to sports of more rich in humanity.In today's fast changing time, putting the competitive thought of People-oriented into the whole process of aerobics editing can partly reflect the abilities that aerobics editing adapting to the volatile external environments. Keeping following the beaten path of conventionality would eventually results in the stagnation in aerobics gymnastics. Then under the guidance of the competitive thought of People-oriented, this paper is trying to explore a new creating and editing system for aerobics gymnastics to achieve an overall development in people's body, mind and their team spirit on one hand, and to open new avenues for the developments in aerobics gymnastics one the other hand.
