| Competitive aerobics has been developing at a very fast speed since it was introduced into China.In 1994,the international gymnastics federation aerobics committee was formally established,and in 1995,China participated in the 1st FIG aerobics world championship.Although it did not achieve excellent results,it has never stopped the road of Chinese aerobics competition since 1995.According to the previous world aerobics championships,China has achieved excellent results in the five persons,three persons and men's singles,while only the 8th place in the mixed doubles(the best result is the 3rd place in the mixed doubles of the 14 th world championships).From the 1st to 15 th aerobics world championships,Romania ranked first with 11 MEDALS in mixed doubles,followed by Russia with 9,Spain and France with 5 and China with only 1.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to narrow the gap with other countries on the basis of rules and find out the deficiencies in artistic creation of mixed doubles projects in China.In this paper,this thesis mainly to project the lack of art creating and mixed pairs and countermeasures research as the research object,according to the research purpose of needs to analyze the 15 th top three gymnastics world championships and the mixed doubles competition performance and art creating and of the project,combined with the competitive aerobics competition rules,2017-2020 score rules of content analysis of 2017-2020 cycle rules project how to mixed pairs in the aspect of art creating and researches in innovation,Combined with the collation of relevant literature materials and the statistical analysis of video data,this paper studies the influential factors of the artistic creation of China's mixed aerobics program.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Operational content: China's mixed doublesprogram is insufficient in terms of change-oriented,spatial and rhythmic changes,and does not reach the high quality A+ operational unit.(2)Main content: the lifting movements of mixed doubles in China are not reasonably distributed in the display of complete sets of contents,and the innovative arrangement of lifting movements is not shown.(3)Space application: China's mixed doubles project USES the same direction and rotation route movement which lacks the prominent features of the mixed doubles project.(4)Music and musical sense: music adopted in mixed doubles in China has a gentle rhythm,lacking emotional expression,action rhythm,coordination and cooperation among peers and characteristics of mixed doubles.(5)Artistry: there is still a certain gap in the quality of the complete set performance of mixed doubles in China,and the characteristics of mixed doubles in China are not highlighted in terms of innovation and expression.Put forward the following countermeasures:To improve the athletes' special physical quality and develop the arm,trunk and lower limbs movement diversification in the mixed doubles in China is the inevitable choice of high quality A+ exercise unit.In the use of space,the use of mobile routes should be diversified,highlighting the emotional communication and artistic expression of mixed doubles athletes.Innovation in artistic creation,high-quality performance content,emotional interpretation and even improvement in details are all what China's mixed doubles program needs to continue to improve. |
