The Research About The Psychological Factors In Changed Rumor Spread In Public Crisis

This dissertation applies rumor control in the Public Crisis, especially during the transformation of the society of China.Rumor is"a story or statement in general circulation without confirmation or certainty as to facts", with both Transmission of information and views between their anxiety and the lack of information from normal media channel. In this way, rumor is not only the information that needed, but also the hidden attitude of the mass to the collective emerging of uncertainty.To rumor control ,the open channel to the information and the opinion is needed. What's more, there's some different measures to take for different kind of rumor.
