The Study On The Career Education During The Period Of The Republic Of China

The initial stage of the Republic of China is a golden age of national capitalism economic development, which needs substantial professionals. Whereas, graduates failing to find a job after graducation shows the contradiction between schooling and social needs. Career education (Vocational guidance), including four stages such as advocacy, developing amidst twists and turns, change and adjustment, experiment and declination, emerges with development of pragmatism and vocational guidance from Europe and America. Non-government organization, government and schools at all levels play a different part during the period.With the aim of "making jobless graduates find a job while making workingman work happily", career education in the Republican Period can promote human overall development, communicate education and society, so as to push society to state of stability and growth. By a series of effective ways, career education in the Republican Period takes on scientificity, sociability omnidistance and integration,with principle of subjectivity, intermateability and expansibility.
