Chinese female breathe and develop under the planned economy before reform and opening up. Much of female's career selection give first place to stability. Along with transformation from planned economy to market economy, the situation of configuring the labor by administrative means was completely broken. The elasticity, openness and the non-uniformity of social structure are unceasing enhancement, leading to reinforcement of social mobility and the social vigor. Teachers'flowing as the prominent type of social mobility is concentrated day after day. Occupational mobility brought vigor to the compulsory education for female teachers in primary and secondary school, while Chinese professional female's role have changed suddenly made into the array variability. In the present stage, the enhancement which the female teachers realize independently, their self-awareness awakens, separating"the self-role"from"the social role". Through teachers'flowing, the female teacher longs for fair professional option and right to development as to male teachers. Without a doubt, in the social transition period, female teachers in elementary and middle schools are endowed with"woman"and"education professionals", the dual society labels. They encounter puzzles and barriers in their flowing. Therefore, the elementary and middle schools female teachers'flowing is worth paying attention and thinking. Reflection on the authority of the patriarchal culture, criticize patriarchal doctrine and ethics from the perspective of feminist show female's unique self-consciousness, rights awareness, survival awareness and cultural awareness. Female teachers'flowing from the perspective of feminist has gradually presented to us changes of feminine community spirit consciousness. In a sense, the elementary and middle school female teachers'flowing manifest their demand for occupation development freely. To make research on female teachers'flowing in elementary and middle school from the perspective of feminist will make us have a profound and rational understanding of female teachers.This thesis consists of six chapters. Chapter I carries on the literature summary unified the domestic and foreign research and clear about research significance, method and so on. Chapter II exposes this paper's rationale and the methodology model——western feminism, analyzes the western feminine school and viewpoints, analyzes the methodology significance of western feminine principle according to female teachers'occupational survive and development. Meanwhile, this part cleans up with core concepts related to the paper. ChapterⅢanalyzes the situation and factors of teachers'flowing of female teachers through investigating and interviewing Master of Education in Hunan Province. In ChapterⅣ, the author probes into the factors affecting female teachers'flowing in primary and secondary schools. Chapter V analyzes on deficiencies for female teachers'mobility in compulsory education stage. In Chapter VI, the author studies countermeasures and suggestions on female teachers'mobility in compulsory education stage so as to improve primary and secondary school female teachers'flowing.
