Study On The Way Of Moral Education Based On The Characteristics Of Students In Western Universities

The way of moral education is a channel to realize the goal of moral education. It's also a method to implement the moral content. To improve the effectiveness of moral education in colleges, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of the object. We can find the right way of moral education, and achieve the purpose of educating people. This article tries to analyze the characteristics of students in Western Universities, find the problems of moral education, and put forward some countermeasures. This research helps to enrich and perfect the theory of moral education. It can strengthen pertinence and effectiveness of moral education. It can improve the ideological and moral education of students. It can cultivate the high-quality talents for the western development.This article compares the students of eastern university with the students of western university. It finds that the main students of Western Universities are west students, rural students and minority students. And this article analyses their characteristics with the Education economics, Regional economics, Sociology and Social psychology. It finds the problems which caused by the characteristics. Finally it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions pertinently.The main students of Western Universities are west students, rural students and minority students. The rural students lack of subject consciousness. The minority students often conflict with the culture of campus in the process of integration. Western Universities should select the appropriate ways of moral education based on students. For the poor students, we should ease their economic pressure, play the educational function of financial assistance. For the western students, we should creative their practice. For the rural students, we should stress their moral subjectivity and the skill. For the national minority students, we should construct the harmonious culture of campus including ethnic inclusiveness. If we use right way of moral education, and form a cohesive force, we can improve the effectiveness of moral education in universities.
