The Regional Research On New Northern Path Sports Culture Of Tang Dynasty Western Regions Silk Route

Western Region is the typical frontier nationality in the history, which has a special geography environment and numerous races. The emergence of the athletics geography provides a method towards a time inside the district and space research for us as well as theory to prove the cultural formation , development and change.By means of historical records investigation, on-site inspection interview. and comparison research as well as based on mastering abundant literature, referring cultural area research mode, the author makes a research on the athletics cultural area in the new north path of the Silk Road in Tang Dynasty. The thesis begins with the natural geography environment of Western Region, the thesis is focused on the administrative area of Western Regions in Tang Dynasty, ethnic group, population distribution in geography, the changes in the lifestyle and so on. The analysis and study about the traditional athletic cultural programs of western nationality.The research result proves that:1)Secondly The research result proves that in the south of Tianshan Mountain, the lifestyle is. Mainly oasis agriculture, Which is also reflected on the sports and its cultural characteristics shows stronger oasis agriculture; while in the north, the lifestyle is mainly nomad's way of life, the ethletic groups are Turkil. and the sports also shows strong nomad's cultural characteristics.2)Ethnic groups show that the traditional athletic programs of the minority ethnic groups in the new north Silk Road in Tang Dynasty. the thesis divides the Tang athletic programs into three types. To expound music and dance, horse-racing and acrobatics.3) The thesis divides the new north path of Tang Silk Road into administrative areas, that is the New north way in, west segment athletic cultural region and the New north way east segment athletic cultural region, which have certain similarities and differences, besides, the differences is larger than the similarities. According to the different productive style, the main features of the sports programs can be cut into three small areas: Yizhou(Hami), Luntai(Urumqi) and Yili, and the thesis also discusses the differences between them.4) The diversity natural in environment and productive style of Tianshan Mountain is the essential condition which lead to the regional differences of new north path of Silk Road in Tang Dynasty, New northern path belong to the same area, but the economical activities and productive style are quite different, which strongly influence the new north path culture; in Tang Dynasty. Because of the policy of , a large number of people immigrated in Western Region, which have a very influence on the formation of the new north path athletic culture. It does not just change the athletic cultural features of east part in North Tianshan in short period, causing the formation of new athletic cultural region.The above result provides theories basis for scooping out, inheriting and developing the national athletics culture , promoting social economy prosperity and racial solidify together with athletics cultural district research.
