With the development of subject education and individualized educational ideological trend, people begin to rethink the drawbacks of traditional teaching which is characterized by inflexibility, uniformity and the suppression of individual development more and more. Differentiated teaching which concerns the students'individualization and differentiated development has been paid a great deal of attention by educational circles in many countries since1990s. There are also some educational reforms based on the students'differences and aimed at their individualized development in our country and some have already achieved preliminary success. However, there are still having problems which ignore students'differentiated development, pay little attention to students'individuation and the differences between students in the current classroom organization. These problems are the blocks of students' differentiated development. It will be have a relatively complete explanation on how to push the students' differentiated development in this thesis. And it will be explain how can get the aims which serving for differentiated development, beginning with students' discrepancy and carrying on differently in the view of differentiated teaching.The thesis is composed by introduction and other three parts.The introduction explains why I choose this topic, the current research conditions of the topic both at home and abroad, and clarify the research purpose, significance, and research methods.The first part is related to the definition of relevant concepts. We sum up the definition of differentiated teaching from the different definitions of domestic and oversea scholars. And then discuss the differences between differentiated teaching and teaching students according to their aptitudes. And then we analyses the definitions of classroom and organization, and defines the definition of the classroom origination on the bases of both. For the last, we classify the elements of the classroom organization. It was classified into educational subjects and physical environment.The second part is related to the current situation of the classroom origination and the analysis of the problems which exist in it. These problems are mainly manifest in teachers, students, physical environment and the form of classroom organization.The third part is related to the feasible proposal to solve these problems. Four feasible proposals, the roles of teachers and students in the classroom organization, the arrangement of teaching time and space, small class teaching and the classroom organization form of the integration of collective instruction, group cooperative learning and tutorial instruction, which bases on the three concepts of differentiated teaching were going to carry on.
