On The Research Of Mass Disturbance During Transformation Period In China And Its Preventive And Control Mechanism

During the process of transformation, our society and economic structure are undergoing profound changes. The measures to effectively prevent and cope with mass disturbances are as follows: strengthen construction of government operating mechanism, reinforce anti-corruption measures, improve government systems, normalize and restraint public behavior with regulations and laws; build up social equity, improve interest integration system, open up social circulating channels, improve social buffer and security system; build up social alarming system and emergency system, enhance information communication between government and public and positively guide public opinions.
