This dissertation, taking four schools, the 4th school in Jinhua, the 14th secondary school in Jinhua, Beiyuan Primary School and North Hill Road Primary School, which has distinctive characteristics of urban-rural areas in Wucheng district in the city of Jinhua as research object, extra-curricular training consumption as its research content, an investigation research used self-composed questionnaire is carried on to show the general situtiation of the city's compulsory education stage students in extra-curricular training consumption of the current situation, problems, causes and factors by survey students'parents in these four schools. Full-text is divided into six parts,the first part is about introduction. Expounds the issues, current research,the research aim and research significance. The second part is about the study design. Including the core concepts, research objects and research methods.The third part is about empirical analysis.Analyzing the differences of extra-curricular training for consumption purposes, consumer-scale, consumer content, consumption patterns and consumer spending of students, who comes from different family. Part four is about extra-curricular training effect factors on consumption. The fifth part, further revealing the consumption of extra-curricular training problem and analyzes its causes. Part six is about the relevant measures and suggestions.The results show that:extra-curricular training in consumption is widespread, but between urban and rural areas existing significant differences. Consumption of extra-curricular tuition scale,77.5% of urban students to the consumer, with 57.0% in rural areas; In specialty training on consumer-scale,42.9% of urban students to the consumer, only 22.3% in rural areas; In extra-curricular training for consumer purposes, urban students is to "excellent training", while more rural students is "making it up"; In extra-curricular training in consumer spending, the conservative estimate of each urban students this semester average consumption expenditure of extra-curricular training in 3250 yuan,2300 yuan for rural students only. Different family income of students spending significant difference between extra-curricular training, basic to follow the higher the family income, the more students to participate in extra-curricular training consumption and to employ professional teachers and tutors, and the corresponding increase in consumer spending. Examinations make extra-curricular training consumption of grades has significant differences, especially in sixth-grade, ninth-grade and other four grades,the number of sixth-grade and ninth-grade who attends to extra-curricular training consumption is larger than other grades,and the spending is more."Children who lack active learning capacity, need someone to control them" is an important objective of extra-curricular training consumption. Analysis of its reasons, finding economic, institutional and policy causes of these problems. Further analysis of its impact factor, finding family location and family income have a significant influence on extra-curricular consumer-scale, content, form and expenditures; The more the child of the family, the smaller the number of extra-curricular training scale, and consumer spending will be less; Parents'educational background and students in which grade have different influence on consumption of extra-curricular training.So,first of all we should uphold the purpose of balanced development of urban and rural education, rural and urban low-income families to provide compensatory education services to students. Second, we should promote the reforms in examination system, and avoid the bonus points system programmable of talented students. Third, the parents should gradually develop children' self-learning and self management skills, at the same time, they should strengthen their own cultural accomplishment. Fourth, we must carry out special survey to know the effect of extra-curricular training, and to help parents understand the limitations of extra-curricular training in consumption, establish a rational view of consumption. Fifth, we must create a good social atmosphere for public opinion and foster a correct view of personnel training.
