In the process of urban-rural integration,the educational gap between urban and rural areas continues to become the focus of academic attention.The existing studies on the gap between urban and rural education mostly focus on the external differences between urban and rural education,such as the government's investment in education funds,school-running conditions,and the level of teachers.The internal differences between urban and rural education,such as the internal causes,influencing factors and influencing mechanism of the differences,are less explored.In addition,to some extent,the existing studies lack of appreciation of the unique characteristics and beauty of rural education.With the development of The times and the changes of the educational situation,the external differences between urban and rural education in many areas have been rapidly narrowed,and even reached a negligible degree.For example,in the eastern region,many areas have fully realized the balance of hardware in urban and rural education,but there are still significant differences between urban and rural schools.At this stage of development,it is extremely necessary for the development of rural schools to explore the internal differences between urban and rural schools,and then explore the beauty and coordinated development of urban and rural education.It can also be used as a reference for the national integration of urban and rural education and the realization of balanced development of education quality.This research mainly adopts natural observation method and interview method,in the study of more than a year of time,based on the theory of education fairness selected to observe the two schools which are comparative and representative,with its use in the hardware facilities,team construction,cultural construction,parent-school relationship.It is found that the differences between the two compulsory education schools in Xiuzhou District,Jiaxing city,Zhejiang Province are no longer manifested in backward hardware facilities,lack of teachers,low pay,and large loss of students.In addition to geographical factors,the differences between the two schools mainly lie in the educational ideas of administrators and teachers.Under the influence of conservative teaching ideas held by administrators and teachers in rural schools,there are great differences in teaching level,teaching research consciousness and colleague relationship between urban and rural teachers.Then it has a direct impact on students,and urban and rural students in learning ideal,learning enthusiasm,knowledge view,teacher-student relationship and other aspects show obvious differences.On the one hand,the difference may cause the difficulty of talent training,and on the other hand,it may also be the opportunity to produce the characteristic training mode of rural schools.This study focus on compulsory education school differences between urban and rural areas,hopes that the development of rural schools viable future provides certain reference value,to further promote urban and rural education,not only more on the quality,but the fair development in quantity.That could make rural schools combine the local customs and the actual situation of the educatees,explore a characteristic rural education brand development way.
