As a nature of university, cultural is neglected or attached no importance in the trend of the rapid development of globalization. University culture and spiritual have been declined with utilitarian educational goals of universities, serious attacks and blind competition caused by bureaucratic atmosphere in universities. The achievement and the influence Southwest United University has gotten makes she become an insurmountable peak in Chinese history of higher education. The Campus culture of Southwest United University is a valuable spiritual wealth for us to discuss today's Chinese University Culture.The author analyzes the characteristics of Campus culture of Southwest United University from four perspectives that are cultural inheritance, cultural selection, cultural integration and cultural innovative according to the narrative of educational novel"Wei-Yang-Ge". And the author also analyzes the historical factors and specificity of Campus culture of Southwest United University from the perspectives that are political environment, cultural environment, regional environment, and internal environment. At last, the author tries to analyze the characteristics of educational narrative and understand the relationship between University of ideal and campus culture, summing up practical significance of Campus culture of Southwest United University.The thesis mainly analyzes Campus culture of Southwest United University in"Wei-Yang-Ge"based on the author's Interpretation of educational narrative in"Wei-Yang-Ge". From the narrative the author analyzes that Campus culture of Southwest United University inherited the system and spiritual of the original three schools from the perspective of cultural inheritance, making some adaptive changes; Southwest United University chose "regular education" and"running school for free"as the idea and obeyed the mission " Service frontier " from the perspective of cultural selection; Southwest United University obeyed the rule of"eastern and western culture fusion"from the perspective of cultural integration; teachers and students in Southwest United University practiced a kind of "love education" and "integrated personality" concept under the condition of war, which made them love each other and awake their sense of responsibility of"education saves the country".The author also analyzes the characteristics of educational narrative besides the reason of the formation of Campus culture of Southwest United University. And the author believes that the tone of"Wei-Yang-Ge"is different from other war novels with gloomy tone .And the tone of"Wei-Yang-Ge"is bright and elegant just because of the author of"Wei-Yang-Ge"holding an optimistic attitude towards life and the author's Natural Literature strokes, as well as optimistic mood and atmosphere among teachers and students in Southwest United University at that time.In the third part of the thesis, the author tries to discuss the value of university, university culture and university spirit from a broader perspective :students are the main embodiment of campus culture; the value of university lies in providing a dense time and space for the interaction between the young life; the spirit of the university that campus culture carrying does not change with the times and environment change; the eternal charm of university is not only a temple of knowledge, but also the holy land of culture.
