Research On The Educational Functions Of The Campus Culture In Universities

CPC Central Committee,and State released of views on further strengthening and improved students' ideological and political education o in 2004,In the opinion makes clear that "to build socialist characteristics,characteristics of the times and the characteristics of the school's campus culture formation of excellent school spirit,teaching and studying." after students entered the University,the University campus is the environment they live,campus culture directly affects their thinking,behavior and cognitive skills of value formation and development.Therefore,strengthening the construction of campus culture,especially the educational function of campus culture into full play,it is the need of cultivating high quality and innovative talents in colleges and universities to encourage students bravely assumed responsibility of the times,through their own practical efforts needed to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This research paper from the start,the principle of practice makes perfect,according to the survey questionnaire results,the current status of educational function of campus culture play,found insufficient,identify the causes and propose a solution.In this paper,adhere to the socialist core values as a guide,linking theory with practice,we use literature method,qualitative analysis method,questionnaire method,on Campus Culture Educational Function research and analysis.The thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is the theory of campus culture and educational function of campus culture.First,the connotation,composition and characteristics of campus culture are discussed;Secondly,the educational function of campus culture connotation,content,feature and characteristics of the carrier has carried on the analysis,analyzes the "educational function" of the core functions of campus culture.This chapter relevant theories about the educational function of campus culture,for further research in this paper.The second part,this section is an example of several colleges and universities in Hefei,on the current situation of the current college campus culture education function to analyze the reasons and the insufficiency.This section includes two aspects,one is the current college campus culture environment to realize the education function analysis of the status quo,including analysis of the effectiveness and shortcomings of both,on the other hand is analyzing the causes of deficiency of education function and the challenges faced in the new period.The third part,this part of the author combined with the investigation of the four universities,summarized the principles of Campus Culture Educational Function should follow a few ways,try to put forward to strengthen the educational function of campus culture play.This part is the focus of the full text,Mainly from strengthening the system of socialist core values guide,optimize the environment of campus material culture,cultivating and forging system of university spirit,strengthen the campus culture education function,guide and regulate the behavior of college students,etc.,it is discussed how to strengthen the educational function of campus culture,to promote the completion of college talents training target and the healthy sustainable development of colleges and universities.This paper enrich the theoretical basis of related research based on the research of the university campus culture and its educational function.To play the channels of university campus culture educating function of a series of new thinking,and also provides the reference for the promotion of university campus culture healthy development.
