The responsibility of ideological education, moral education and humanity education is undertaken by teachers who teach subjects of ideology and politics. So far there have been a lot of researches about the ideology and politics education and the practical effects of ideology and politics education in universities, however, there are rare researches published about the practical effects of ideology and politics education in art colleges. Therefore, it is worthwhile to make researches on the practical effects of ideology and politics education in art colleges. While analyzing the relevant subjects of the practical effects of ideology and politics education, the author adopts the methods of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, integrating selected spots with that in entire areas, emphasizing the selected spots and describing the circumstances.All the data in the thesis come from the sources as below, that is, analysis and summaries after reading the documents published, interviews for students and participation, observation and experience in class teaching.The practical effects of ideology and politics education motioned in this thesis can be evaluated in two aspects, one is long term effects and the other is immediate effects. In this thesis, the immediate effects of ideology and politics education in art colleges refers to the effects experienced by both teachers and students, which can be observed and evaluated during the process of teaching and studying in and off the ideology and politics classes. They include the process-oriented targets of educating and teaching by ideology and politics education teachers at school and in classes, and also include the result-oriented targets of the knowledge and abilities of college students.This article analyzes the current situation of the ideological and political theory class in art academy.The difficulties of the class management of these courses come from not only the teaching content but also the teaching methods which reflect room for improvement in teacher-student relationship and the academic motivation to be stimulated.In the discussion of the effective measures of ideological and political courses, the establishment of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is regarded as the primary issue. Because the harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the highest level of education, which has a positive impact on teaching activities.To enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course, classroom management and motivation stimulation are two basic aspects.Classroom management is the creative activities where students learn to carry out the teaching goals led by teachers.The implementation of effective teaching requires all participants to mobilize the emotional, intellectual, psychological and many other features. By trigger the possible external incentives, take the initiative to meet the internal needs of the students'exploration of the unknown, and exert appropriate pressure of competition, the stimulation of academic motivation should be the main task of teachers.Enhancement of the effectiveness of the various measures is inseparable from the work of qualified teachers, they should be strengthened ability to cultivate emotional intelligence and professional accomplishment.In addition, innovative teaching materials and more diverse, flexible and interactive teaching methods also play an important part.
