Therefore, it is necessary to the performance evaluation of existing theory and methodology to conduct in-depth research and design a dynamic, flexible and adaptable teacher performance appraisal system.This paper development model based on software engineering and related performance appraisal theory, more evaluation subjects, multiple evaluation criteria, dynamically updated library and high-efficiency indicators, high portability of the system development concept to guide development practices, a detailed analysis of university teaching and research staff performance appraisal system, and system design and development.
