Instructional design for vocational teachers’ professional development and vocational education students is very important,but we found the following two issues in survey:in the first place,part of the line vocational teachers are not systematically studied instructional design method;secondly,while some vocational teachers studied instructional design theory,but they are difficult to manage and apply to practical work.Therefore,Line vocational teachers teaching design level is not high.Improve the efficiency and level of vocational teachers instructional design is very important.In this study, we have done the following work:First,through the survey of first-line vocational teachers teaching design capability,we found that they exist problems in instructional design of performance,especially for young teachers.Second,we use HPT model to do a performance analysis.Third,according to the principles of instructional design, we have designed a nd developed dozens of instructional design templates, they are ADDIE model, I SD mode, teaching mode, WebQuest mode, action-oriented model, collaborative problem-solving mode, CBE mode,the mode of dual system vocational education, the network teaching Mode, multimedia teaching mode, micro courses.By using t emplate technology,vocational teachers instructional design work can be done, fas t, and specifications.Fourth,we assessed the practicality and effectiveness of vocational education teaching design template.Fifth,based on the research, the author further to design a network of vocational education instructional design aids.
