The current our country attaches great importance to the talent cultivation of higher education, further education and management, thus to strengthen the management of performance evaluation of a contingent of task is the important subject of the management in colleges and universities. Instructors are college teachers, as well as the student’s manager, in education management in colleges and universities has an important job and position.Our university Instructor primary role is to take the college students ideological and political education, the second is the student management of daily affairs.To do a good job of college instructor performance evaluation, evaluation is not only the job of instructors in colleges and universities, is also one of the important work of human resources management of colleges and universities.Build a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of performance evaluation of university instructors, from a macro level, is not only beneficial to strengthen the construction of the instructor team is beneficial to improve the work level instructor team, also can improve the quality of higher education personnel training.From the micro level, can improve the performance of instructor, guidance instructors to establish effective working target, is advantageous to the instructor ’s career development.In this paper, after studying the status quo of the student management work in colleges and universities at home and abroad, on the basis of this paper expounds the construction of college instructor assess the importance and necessity of evaluation system.According to the principles of establishing evaluation system of performance appraisal, and USES 360- degree evaluation method in the theory of performance appraisal, set up the correlation of evaluation subject: students party committee work(department), the courtyard(department) party and government organizations, instructors and teachers and college students.Around the instructor job responsibilities, preliminary set up the evaluation index, and according to the result of questionnaire survey and experts, the indicators of screening, constantly modify and improve to get the final system including the ideological and political education, students’ affairs management, style of study class contruction, personal professional 4 first-level indicators, 9 secondary indexes, 21 tertiary indicators.Then use analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of each index, can evaluate the indicators and analysis.At the end of the paper to performance appraisal evaluation system, makes an empirical analysis of a certain university indicators.According to this article research the assessment process, to its benefit correlation evaluation subject questionnaire, to job performance evaluation, sorting data and statistics, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for indicators to make evaluation, the evaluation results with three indicators work at ordinary times.According to the results of the performance from the society and the government, universities and indicators themselves three point of view, puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the performance of university indicators.The conclusion of this study is the evaluation system of performance evaluation of university counselors is necessary and effective, and is conducive to the performance of college indicators work to improve and improve.
