The aim to the subjective class management mode of general secondary school is to cultivate the students with the subjective characteristic, which is constituted by the class management activities, the class management system, the class management mechanism and the class management concept and which is full of vigor and vitality. The purpose of this study is that the class management can better adapt the education reforms at home and abroad and conditions of our country, highlighting the dominant position of students and training students the main feature. The subjective class management mode of general secondary school is the research object and the literature; interviews are used in this study. The current status of secondary school class management, class management of the implementation process of subjectivity, and secondary school class management problems are analyzed. The connotation of subjectivity class management, elements in secondary school and the necessities of the subjective class management are studied. The new management ideas are put forward and how to build the subjective class management mode of general secondary school is discussed.The researcher gets the following conclusions:(1)The implementation of the subjective class management mode of general secondary school conforms to the development of student management in the world and the needs of our secondary education and training students. It's useful to foster students' subjective characteristics; (2) The class management modes are made of the class management concept, the class management activities, the class management system, the class management mechanism; (3)The main contents of the subjective class management mode in general secondary school include the subjective class management concept, the rational class management activities and the subjective class management systems including the establishment of decision-making, consulting, implementation, feedback and so on. It's in order to establish the subjective class management mechanism through incentive and restraint mechanisms; (4) Creating the subjective class management mode of general secondary school must get the support of various factors, such as the school, the family and the community. The subjective class management mode will be playing roles fully to cultivate students with subject characteristic by favorable external environment.
