Abstract: Today, the modern education is in an increasingly opening environment, and people's sense of democracy and consciousness is growing. We are increasingly aware of the importance of the subject for the society and its own development. The lack of subjectivity of the students is the shortcomings of our traditional education system, especially in class management with a lot of autocratic mode. Therefore, to establish an effective mode of class management reflecting the "subjectivity" of the students, has great importance to promote overall development of students scientifically. According to the research results of many scholars, the research of modern class management has changed its aim to protect the status of student subjectivity from emphasizing the importance status of subjectivity by the students to how to.To protect the position of the student subjectivity, this paper explores the main aspects of subjective mode in class management. First, it takes the concept of subjectivity in education and management theory as the theoretical basis of the subjectivity mode in class management. Second, it puts forward that the objective of the subjectivity mode in class management is the formation of abilities in self-learning and self-government. Thirdly, it states the specific content of subjectivity mode in class management such as organizational, cultural, teaching management, evaluation mechanism, and so on. In the fourth part, it summarizes the four aspects of class management process. Finally, the paper indicates the internal and external conditions of subjectivity mode in class management, such as the role of a teacher in charge of a class, reasonable allocation of the class affairs, strengthening theoretical study, supporting of school, family and society, improving the supervision mechanism, etc.
