This paper focuses on the secondary vocational students' management in theperspective of subjective education. The subjective education means that the educator,according to meeting the needs of social development and educational modernization, bymeans of enlightening and persuading the inner requirements of the educated, sets upharmonious, relaxed and democratic educational environment, purposely regulates andorganizes all kinds of educational activities, and thus the educated could be fostered to bethe main part in social activities who can learn and practice initiatively, dynamically andcreatively. Along with the appearance of the subjective education, new educationaltheories, new models of running a school and new means of management emerges. Thispaper describes the secondary vocational students' main characteristics, analyzes in detailthe challenges brought by the subjective education to those secondary vocational studentssuch as the diversified educational subjects and the human-oriented educational theories,and sets force the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional carrier and indigenousmodel of the secondary vocational students' management. Based on that, this paper, bymeans of systematic analysis, analyzes the value effect, standards of talent, and ways ofwork, work regulations, work connotation, and work channels in the secondaryvocational students' management, and put forward its general trends such as individuationin ideological education, the socialization of after-class activities, the standardizedpractical education and the diversified educational models.
