Nowadays,China's current socio-economic, technology, education and sports are in the rapid development stage. With the development of sport psychology and emergence of a large number sports social science , people's teaching philosophy is changing.Many new teaching methods using in the school physical education and achieved a certain degree of teaching effectiveness. Meanwhile,under the guiding ideology of quality education, "student-centered" , "health first", and attach importance to students'innovative spirit and practical ability that calls for our continuous improvement of teaching methods to improve teaching quality in the coaching process. Therefore, the new teaching method of physical education in sports technology has become an entry point for the reform of physical education. Author explore the process of long jumpteaching through a combination of temporal and spatial cognition to enhance students'theory, skills and intellectual development to inhance students'awareness of thinking, emotions, attitudes and improve the quality of physical education to promote the harmonious development of school students and the positive role in the long jump combined with modern characteristics of the theory and technology development .Thereby, put forword temporal and spatial combined technical teaching pedagogy in the long jump in the experiment study. With a view to promoting sports teaching method further in-depth theoretical studies,and teaching practice to provide effective guidance of sports teaching.In this study, a total of 36 male students of 2007 Physical Education Department in Xi'an Institute of Physical Education were chosen to do the research.Research methods are literature study, expert interview, questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, logic, analysis and other. Carried out meticulous research in program teaching and pedagogy of cognitive space's "theoretical basis", "teaching objective", "teaching principles", "scheduling method and attention" and "teaching evaluation" to develop combination of program teaching and temporal and spatial cognition in the long jump technique teaching pedagogy and establish teaching programme in the teaching process. Through 20 hours of teaching experiments with observation and technical evaluation of the experimental group and control group of students, comparative study and analysis their results as well as their observe, analyze, problem solving and cognitive ability .The research results show that:â‘ . Results of test and technology assessment between experimental group and comparison group have huge difference. It indicates that programmed instruction and cognitive space teaching methods are useful to improve results of test and technology assessmentâ‘¡.bvious differences also exist on students'observation, analysis and problem solving abilities among the two groups. All these mean that programmed instruction and cognitive space teaching methods are useful to improve their observation, analysis and problem solving abilities.Conclusions:â‘ The program teaching combined with temporal and spatial cognitive teaching methods help to improve students'initiative learning to develop students ability to think .and the teaching process is divided into a logical order in teaching unit, To help students gradually master technical knowledge and long jump technique. And reducing the difficulty of teaching and improving the confidence of.learning .â‘¡Through the formulas of prepare time before class to improve the students'imagination and understanding of technical movement.Through class time exercises improve students'feel of the formation of space-time, combined with feedback to strengthen and consolidate to help students master skills faster.â‘¢In the teaching process combined two teaching methods that can reduce the error rate, reduce teaching time and improve technical performance of sports skills.
