Tennis is a kind of elegant activity which combines Body-building entertainment making friends, it becomes one of the elegant style of the popular sports which is popular among college students. currently in China, tennis adopts to all ages including the young and the old, it grows up like mushroom and becomesa healthy, happy sport.However, due to its technical complexity, higher demands on space and other reasons ,the results of college tennis teaching can not be optimistic. How to enable students to master tennis technology moves as quickly as possible by using an effective teaching method and improve teaching quality and the effect is the focus of this paper. Through the experiment of programs of teaching on university teaching in Tennis Course, we can find that: Program teaching can overcome the drawbacks of traditional teaching, Besides, it can make student master the tennis skill as soon as possible, at the same time, it reflects a new kind of teaching methods, which is a ideal teaching model. At present, due to the continuous development of higher education reform emerged in many modern teaching methods, such as: interactive teaching model, teaching model scenarios, and the understanding teaching mode, which can promote the reform of China's college sports, and aplay a good role in promoting University Physical Education. However, because the traditional teaching model and far-reaching reform of Physical Education is still in the initial stage, the traditional teaching model and our education system still can not meet the new changes.Adopting the different teaching methods to promote the healthy development of each student to meet the individual needs of different students is not reflected fully, especially in the over-emphasis on Physical Education in teaching content, requirements, methods, means, form, structure, evaluation methods and standards of unity, enhance the body to enhance athletic performance is still the main requirements, skills development and technology-oriented thinking of the status of teaching is also quite common.This paper used the literature, surveys, statistics, experimental, interviews and other methods to research the "theoretical basis", "Basic methods", "scheduling principles", "teaching objective", "teaching principle", and " teaching characteristics "and other aspects of the the program teaching. And prepared a tennis forehand teaching process. It proved that the program for teaching technology university teaching tennis lessons is feasible.both in theory and practice. It aslo proved that Process is more conducive than the traditional teaching methodsin improving the students' learning motivation and self-learning ability to improve student, tennis skills and theory .Through the survey of students in the experimental class, it shows:Program Approach Applied Technology .the procedure teaching method is applicable to university teaching. tennis technical education help to improve technology teaching effectiveness, to stimulate students interest in learning.
