Reason Patriotic Education Of University Students

Based on the actual situation of Patriotic Education in China, this paper systematically explores and studies the patriotism. At the same time, this paper also, combined with the subjective demand of the current ages, proposes that college students should develop their consciousness of Rational patriotism. What's more, this paper concludes not only what is Rational patriotism, but also its basic demands at the current stage as well as the measures to teach, on the bases of the analysis and the absorption of the relevant studies.On the basis of analysis and adaptation of the relevant studies, this paper further researches the college students' patriotic consciousness and behavior and its causes. Combining with my professional knowledge and the actual situation, I believe that many aspects have impacted students greatly and caused their lack of rational patriotism consciousness, such as university students are not mature in thinking; there are many problems in school patriotism education systems and current environment impacts on students. Drawing on historical experience and combination of the characteristics in different times, students should be fully aware of the importance of rational and patriotic education, which is helpful for cultivating the national spirit of college students, achieving the unity of patriotic consciousness and behavior, taking the consciousness of loving Country, the Party and socialism into action and help students to study hard to build a harmonious society.Researching the measures how to develop students' rational patriotism is the emphasis of this paper. On the view of dialectical materialism, this paper systematically demonstrates the content of rational patriotism consciousness education and explores the basic ways of developing it. The education of college students' rational patriotism consciousness is a complicated and systematic project; therefore, we have to link theory with practice, to innovate and to enrich the content of patriotism education. Expanding and improving the ways of patriotism education, creating the good environment and explore an effective system for patriotism education, all these will ensure the development and strengthen the college students' rational patriotism consciousness.
