With the social concerning on non-intelligence factors for students , motivation problems are paid more attention by the educational theorist, which reflects in the performance on language teaching is that students'enthusiasm and initiative are given more attention , besides it, it also gives more emphasis on inspiring students'language learning motivation .In this article, through the sample survey of grade two in senior middle school, to inspire students'language learning motivation, we should change the role of teachers at first, that is , change manager for the organizers, change leader for guider, and change transmitters for cooperator. In the course of changing the role of teachers, students will become the true master of language learning while teacher are mainly to guide, correct and promote student development. So, improving the quality of teachers is not only the request for social development, but also the request for cultivating new talents.This paper aims to sort out the issues which related to the theory of motivation, using the achievement motivation, self-efficacy and other theories to guide the practice of language teaching. From the point of helping students understand and evaluate themselves, guiding students to the point of reasonable attribution. After they have sufficient understanding about their own learning methods and learning basis, and then helping students to learn according to their own characteristics, evaluating their own harvest, giving proper attribution to the reason for their success or failure, helping students build their confidence.The article emphasizes that language teachers should create good situation to stimulate students'motivations for language learning in class. It will describe the view separately from different angles, such as the creation of the problem situation, creation of a democratic and harmonious atmosphere, creation of Sub-class competition, creation of cooperation and exploration. Teachers should pay attention to combine students'various personality and characteristics while they are creating the learning atmosphere. On the basis of those personality and characteristics, different learning requirements should be established.
