Class is the carrier of education and teaching, so class management strategy performance directly affects function of the function of school education and student learning and development, especially in the backward students in class learning and development. Therefore, how to motivate the underachievers in senior high school learning power of class management strategies has been widely studied. Learning motivation as an incentive, promotes the student need for internal learning, mainly including the value of knowledge, learning interest, learning ability and sense of achievement attribution and other four aspects contents.The majority of the senior students are between the ages of 15 and 20, during which time the adolescent mind and body are growing mature and they are developing their world and life outlook and gradually completing their socialization. Learning motivation is related to the class of the educational function of the play and the student body and mind development. Incentive is to stimulate the psychological process of human motivation. Making use of means or methods to mobilize people positive process). This paper attempts to put forward by class management strategies to stimulate learning motivation of senior high school juniors.But from the view of the current high school class management strategies, senior high school teacher has a series of problems in class management: such as deviation of teacher education concept, the learning performance and the causes of the lack of power is not accurate positioning of ordinary high schoolBased on the Ordinary High School Underachievers learning underpowered manifestations and causes of the analysis, and also analyzes the students’ Non intelligence factors and learning motivation relationship. In this paper, the new connotation of the high school teacher management strategy, conduct the following thought:Firstly, Ordinary High School Underachievers learning underpowered and cause analysis. Manifestations and causes of lack of motivation of learning of Underachievers in senior high school is class of backward students learning motivation to improve the premise and foundation, which requires the class teacher has the concept of equality of subject consciousness and the class management.Secondly, stimulate underachiever learning on the basis of dynamic class management. Teacher to change roles, class management is realized through equal communication and acculturation, through class culture infiltration backward incentive students’ learning motivation and develop class render target class learning atmosphere, class activities to promote the physical and mental development of students, harmonious relationship, and ultimately Autonomous management.Thirdly, stimulate underachiever learning class management power. Encourage ordinary high school juniors students motivation to learn. Meanwhile, the teacher can take with a flexible management methods, using of the incentive mechanism of the class, class culture construction, class collective activities. Last but not least, classes of students’ democratic management are we ordinary high school teacher incentive ordinary high school junior students learning motivation method.
