The Research Of Current Situation And Physical Education Resources Among Higher Schools Of Shannxi Province

Shannxi province is the base of the higher education of China. There are lots of universities, colleges and specialized institutes in Shannxi province. They have comprehensive power and most of them located in the cities like Xi'an, Xianyang , Yanling, Baoji and Weinan, which we called"Guanzhong region". All these higher education schools together have owned half of the physical education resources, including the stadiums and other facilities. So they are the main concentration sites of the physical education resources. The physical education resources are not distributed in these schools equally, but diversely. One hand, some schools are very lacking in the physical education and they are looking for good solutions of that. On the other hand, PE adequate total resources, uneven distribution of the current situation and achieve training objectives and the school Talent efficiency needs andlots of playgrounds, stadiums and other the physical education facilities in some schools are free after schools teaching and training. That's a kind of waste. So the right way to solve the problem is to share. Sharing will be very effective in balance the lacking and wasting among the schools. It can promote the development of the physical education maximally. Therefore, it has very important meaning in both theory and practice to study in the feasibility of the physical education resources sharing among the higher education schools in Shannxi province.The author of this article did profound research and systematic analysis in the status of the physical education resources and sharing of some schools in Shannxi province. During her research, she has visited a lot of experts and places, read a lot of works and documents. She also used questionnaires and analyzed the results, statistics also being used in her research. The result has showed that:(1) there are plenty of human resources in Shannxi higher education schools and the structure of the teachers'ages, educations and titles is better day by day. (2) There are plenty of the physical education resources, like stadiums, playgrounds and facilities in Shanxi higher education schools. But they are not equally distributed. The phenomenon of Re-build is very common. So, the phenomena of lacking and wasting of the physical education resources are co-existing.(3) The financial support of their physical education is mainly from the school itself. So the information collection of the physical education and the internet-relayed management are falling far behind. (4) Generally speaking, the total sum of stadiums in colleges and universities of Shannxi province are plentiful, however, there still are shortages in few colleges; those resources are uneven distributed, and repeated constructions are very common, so there are contradictories existed in this aspect. The sports funds in Shannxi province mainly come from government's allocation, and that is almost the only resources, besides, the sports' network management development is very slow. As the status of current sports resources sharing remains in the primary stage, there are serial problems as weak sharing awareness, low sharing level, insufficient sharing content, poor organization, and slow network management.(5)Those main aspects affected resources sharing are constraint of old concept, management system, less of effective co-ordination, uneven distributed of sports culture and other resources.(6) So from the above comprehensive analysis, we can see the necessity and probability. From on hand, those uneven classes and courses are not good for students' growth, From the other hand,the resources are plentiful and most colleges and universities are located near to each other and this makes the sharing easy to achieve. so it is needed to bring about following measurement and suggestions:1. Educational administration department should take sports stadiums sharing plan as their main job content. Related supportive and protective policies should be stipulated.2. The cooperation among colleges and universities should be enhanced to make the usage of sports stadiums even.3. Effective credit system, the establishment of mutual recognition of credits each school system.4. Related colleges and universities stadium sharing committee should be established to formulate programs and plans and stick to standardize those work, finally ensure that the resources are evenly shared and multiple benefit are reached.5. Optimization of the physical education resources should be promoted: realization of having complementary advantages of the physical education human resources, to establish the excellent the physical education human resource library, to recognize credits of each other; The stadiums and facilities should be opened to each other, to establish optional lessons among schools; By the way of developing their physical education resources and attracting injection of new funds, it can be realized to diversity the physical education resources.6. The physical education resource webs should be established. E-managements should be realized: to establish the physical education resource webs of Shanxi province, to set up the system of optional lessons among schools, to realized the networking of taking courses and recognizing marks.7. The diversification sharing of the physical education resources should be realized: First, to realize the ordered sharing of the physical education course resources. Second, to set up higher level sport teams together, to promote the development of sports level of higher schools. Third, to promote the exchanges of the physical education culture. Fourth, joint tackling and enhancing scientific and technological strength.
