After entering the 21 st century,basic education has been continuously reformed throughout the country.Primary school physical education has exposed disadvantageous problems such as insufficient resources,unreasonable use of resources,and waste of resources,which has gradually aroused the attention of all sectors of the society,especially in curriculum resources Information resources,financial resources,human resources,etc.Yan'an City belongs to the old revolutionary base in northern Shaanxi and is listed as an excellent tourist city.It is also the first batch of historical and cultural cities in the country.Against this background,education in Yan'an has also developed rapidly.As we all know,primary education is an indispensable component of compulsory education,and the status quo of education and whether resources can match the needs of local economic and social development are crucial.This article uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,taking the current status of physical education resources of primary schools in Baota District of Yan'an as the research object,and randomly selecting 15 primary schools from 30 public primary schools in Baota District as the survey Object.We also investigated and interviewed 75 physical education teachers and teaching management personnel in 15 primary schools about the course resources,human resources,financial resources,material resources,and information resources and influencing factors.Analyze the current situation of primary school physical education resources in Baota District of Yan'an,find out the deficiencies of local education resources,and give corresponding solutions.It aims to provide research reference and theoretical basis for the allocation of primary school physical education resources and related research.The results of the study show that: among the primary school physical education curriculum resources in Baota District of Yan'an City,the management mechanism of school physical education in terms of curriculum content needs to be optimized and thequality of teaching needs to be improved;the resource shortage of primary school physical education teachers in Baoan District of Yan'an City and the welfare benefits need to be strengthened;and the Baota District of Yan'an City Primary school sports education has a narrow source of funds and is freely allocated;the local primary school stadium is not large in scale,the infrastructure is incomplete,and maintenance and updating are not timely;Yan'an Baota District primary school sports information resources have a low "offline" access rate,and a small amount of multimedia equipment insufficient.Relevant suggestions are as follows: In terms of physical education curriculum resources,optimize the management mechanism of school physical education in terms of curriculum content,and improve the development mechanism of special projects to strengthen the highlight of regional characteristics;for human resources,we must pay attention to the current training and utilization of teachers and constantly improve The comprehensive quality of teachers to ensure that the teaching model meets actual needs;in addition,it is necessary to further optimize the teaching content and enrich extracurricular activities;for sports funding,it is necessary to strengthen the interaction between schools,governments,society,and enterprises to optimize and adjust physical education resources,Ensure the smooth access to sports funding sources;for sports venues and infrastructure,make full use of existing conditions,transform and reuse old equipment,fully consider local education needs,and properly develop and use local resources;for information resources,increase For the configuration of multimedia equipment,teachers use information resources to enrich physical education classrooms,and encourage students to recognize sports through observation,perception,and mastering,so as to gradually build correct sports values.
