Research purpose: This study was to improve the physical education rational allocation of resources as the starting point, select Physical Education Resources 14 primary schools for the study from the Beibei District 23 primary schools and 14 primary schools 80 PE teachers and teaching management staff for the sport resources, material resources, financial resources, information Situation educational resources of manpower and resources survey and access, analyze current situation of physical education resources, explore Chongqing Beibei District Primary School Physical Education resource problems intention of configurations and related Primary School Physical Education resources Research studies provide reference and theoretical basis.Methods:(1) by the main research methods of literature, interviews, questionnaires, field trips and mathematical statistics, in order to survey questionnaires, interviews and field visits to Beibei District 14 primary schools 80 PE teachers and teaching management staff(the basic situation of teachers, sports have the status quo, the use of sources of sports funding, expenditure and information resources) investigation and visit, understand the status of Physical Education in Present resources and problems.(2) questionnaire and interview data obtained were analyzed for the study to provide data support.The results:(1) human resources in sports, primary school PE teachers PE teachers dominated by men accounted for 73% of all PE teachers, PE teachers a relatively small number of women aged 23 to 45 years old, teacher qualifications to college, 52% based college, graduate and undergraduate degree less teachers titles to primary, secondary, mainly accounted for 61% of the specialized nature of teachers in full-time teachers accounted for 88%, 12% part-time teachers.(2) In sports, equipment and resources, primary school sports, equipment and degree of perfection belongs to middle level, 35.7% degree of imperfection, especially imperfection degree of 21.4%, sports equipment must be equipped with a Class I and II will rate with a lower rate and compliance rate with the rate in the space, equipment use and update the site, all use of school equipment accounted for 76%, to effectively meet the Physical Education and Sports training 60%, 14% updates.(3) in terms of funding for sports, school sports funding comes mainly from the Ministry of Education funding by the government, less social enterprise funding sources and other sources, expenses incurred in sports training sports teachers and students go out of the main competition, 73 % of school sports facilities into fewer hardware.(4) in the sports information resources, resource ownership is not ideal, mostly flipchart, overhead projector and TV-based, personal information PE teachers with low resource utilization of sports information resources of 43%, resource acquisition approach for : "online" information resource rate of 43%, "the line" information resources 39%, "non-sports" information resource acquisition was 18%. Also lower school Home Improvement and update level.Conclusions:(1) in terms of personnel structure of most school PE teachers basically reached the State Board of Education different levels of teacher education requirements, but in the sports teacher and the allocation of resources to national standards there is still a gap.(2) in the sports equipment industry, mainly in the playground, basketball court, playground majority, and performance venues in the area, less number of sites and site issues such as non-standard update is not ideal.(3) in the sports funding and spending, the school education budget mainly comes from national grants and the higher education sector funding, the lack of local government, community, business and personal finance, sports, school funding comes mainly from the expenditure of funds.(4) in the sports information resources, mostly flipchart, overhead projector and TV-based, personal information PE teachers with low resources, online, offline and non-sports resource utilization is low, imperfect information page.
