Quality and health education should be regarded as fundamental principle and educational philosophy in the whole process of teaching in university sports reform in 21st. P.E teaching mode are composed of design, organization and regulation and a series of methodology, which guides practice efficiently, meanwhile being perfected through better experience. Study and establish suitable P.E. teaching mode is vital. Teachers should teach different students in different ways in order to insure each one could make the biggest progress. Traditional P.E. teaching method and organizational forms are too simple.In recent years, majority of sports organizations, workers in the field of Physical Education took a variety of theoretical and practical exploration, in which the homogenization of group teaching in traditional class teaching is the most important research results. Homogenization group is to increase teaching efficiency, make the same physical fitness and athletic ability of the students in the same group or the same class to teach. Homogenization of the second group teaching is defined as homogeneous groups, follow the teaching-learning process in accordance with the differences between learning abilities and learning needs in the learning process, a second grouping is adopted in the middle of the teaching unit to maximum the mobilization of the potential learning ability of every students; the same time, avoid the inequality of practice opportunity which led to some students can not learn from the completion task successfully. This teaching model make the students in reasonable group according to the characteristics of the project,change flexible, greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of students to practice, so that each student can improve based on the original state.Literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and the teaching experiment are used in this paper, from the international research group teaching model status, homogeneous model of the second group contains the theory of teaching, teaching objectives, teaching strategies , and so on in-depth analysis ,take physical education colleges in Physical Education 2008 undergraduate two classes (boys) to one (20 hours) of the teaching experiment, in the high jump teaching , the experimental class using the homogenization the second group teaching model ,while the control class using the traditional teaching mode. After the experiment, the experimental classes and the control classes will be evaluated in technology and compliance performance, after that the experiment results need be analysised using SPSS software, the following conclusions: 1. Homogenization of the second group teaching model in the high jump teaching is superior to the traditional group teaching model,the practice opportunity of students equality is good for students to master skills in the high jump .it is applied to the high jump classroom teaching.2. Homogenization of the second group teaching model focuses on the starting point of student learning and preparation, meanwhile attention to teaching students according to their aptitudes,in favor of teaching organization and improve classroom teaching.3. Homogenization of the second group to abandon the traditional teaching mode competition, there is great diversity in abilities caused by unfair competition, on an equal learning and all of the students have improved at different levels in fair competition.4. Homogenization of the second group teaching model from the psychological needs, in favor of improvement in student learning attitudes and cultivate interest in learning to mobilize the enthusiasm to learn and improve the effect of high jump teaching.
