The teachers’ professional skills and the development of teaching skills are not only the basic literacy of the teachers’ professional development, but also a core essential factor of the development of the teachers’ practice ability. Since the early1970s, American education has huge "competency-based teacher education" campaign, to strengthen the training of teaching skills. Master of education is to train professional teachers of main power, the cultivation of master of education in our country has made some achievements, but the practice training of master of education still has many problems. Combined with high school overall and popularization of the new curriculum reform, the requirement of middle school teacher’ professional skills is higher and higher, therefore, research of master of education in the process of education practice teaching skills development has its important value and significance.This work consists of introduction and other four parts. Introduction mainly includes the selected topic reason, the research purpose, significance, the research process, and method. First part is literature review, including the related concept definition, related to this study the main research status at home and abroad. Second part is chemistry education master’s education practice teaching skills and the establishment of research framework. Third part is chemistry master of education practice teaching skills development case study and analysis. Last part is conclusion and suggestion.The purposes of this study are to find the current problems of chemical education master’s culture, to explore a new way of reform of chemical education practice in teacher culture, and to improve the efficiency and quality of chemical education practice of chemistry of master of education.Two chemical masters (M and Y) of education (graduates of this year) in the education practice of Shaanxi Normal University were used as the research object in this study. Literature analysis, a case method, interview method, and classroom activity method and so on were used to study teaching skills in the process of teaching. Taking research object Y for example, the classroom teaching skills (including guide skills, questioning skills, the chemical experiment skills, presentation skills, blackboard writing skills), practice and evaluation skills are analyzed in detail for the research object Y at different stages of education practice.Conclusions and Suggestions:Chemistry teaching skills of master of education were improved. Own factor of master of education affects the efficiency and quality of the education internship. The improvement of teaching skills of master of education in the process of education practice was closely associated with teachers teaching ability. Education practice work of full-time master of education is very important to the master of education training in Normal University. Normal University should establish long-term friendly and cooperative relations with practice school and build scientific and reasonable practice system.
