This thesis is proposed under the background of education informatization,a research on the teaching model of the course modern educational technologyfor full-time education master. The purpose of the research is to improve theteaching effect of the course, shorten the students’ employment adaptationperiod. The research used methods such as literature-analysis,questionnaire&visiting-investigation, experimental-study, etc, establish a"Guide·Learn·Application" model for Public course: modern educationaltechnology,which is to take the student as the center. That is "Guide byteacher","Learn by themselves","Simulation teaching". The model can helpstudents realize the transition from theoretical study to technical knowledgelearning, from knowledge learning to teaching practice. The model is designedfor students learning in an information environment. Such as the networkplatform, it can provide students rich resources, discussions and exchange,interaction between teachers and students. The timely feedback and informationlearning means are advantageous to raise students’ educational technologyconcept and improve students’ ability of educational technology.This thesis based on the education informatization, teacher specialization and lifelong learning as the research background, the author analysis the currentresearch situation of teaching mode on modern education technology for masterof education. The author builds a "Guide·Learn·Application" model of themodern educational technology course for full-time education master. Themodel based on experience teaching theory,experiential learning theory and thetheory of constructivism. According to the present situation of the educationmasters’ educational technology ability and the teaching objectives of themodern education technology course,the author designed the teaching modelincluding four aspects as teaching process, teaching resources, teachingactivities and teaching evaluation.Through the experiment,the author test the "Guide·Learn·Application"mode. The experimental objects are2010full-time Masters of education. Thethesis records the experimental design,experimental implementation,theexperimental data collection and the statistics and analysis. The author revisedthe teaching mode and eventually formed a three-ring type teaching mode,including the outer ring of teaching objectives, the middle ring of teachingactivities and teaching evaluation, and the inner ring of teaching content.This study hopes to provide a referential theory and method on the collegeteaching and research of the course "modern education technology". We hope topromote full-time education master’s cultivation of the education concept and the improvement of educational technology capability.
