| We are faced with the problem of how to correctly deal with the individual differences among students in contemporary classroom teaching,which requires educators to constantly seek new ways of teaching,and actively optimize the form of teaching organization,so as to give full play to the principal role of students in the classroom.Reasonable organizational form can create a good learning atmosphere and teaching effect,stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm,so as to improve students’ learning efficiency.Grouping teaching is a teaching organization form that changes the cooperation and communication between teachers and students.The advantages of homogeneous grouping and heterogeneous grouping are to break through the thorny teaching problems that are difficult to take into account the students’ level in traditional teaching,and promote students’ grouping cooperation and self-evaluation and mutual evaluation in teaching,with the purpose of improving teaching quality.In the selection of teaching organization form,most scholars compare the new organization form with the traditional organization form,which can not only reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the new teaching form,but also can not better solve the problem of facing the single teaching organization form.Therefore,in the calisthenics teaching of ordinary colleges and universities,we will compare the two new teaching forms of homogeneity and heterogeneity,explore the impact of both on the teaching effect of calisthenics,and find a more suitable organizational form for calisthenics teaching.This thesis mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to study the current situation of aerobics teaching for students in ordinary colleges and universities,and carries out experimental design for homogeneous group teaching and heterogeneous group teaching respectively.In the process of aerobics teaching,this thesis explores whether the use of homogeneity and heterogeneity has improved the skill level of students at different levels and the impact on the teaching effect,and tests the aerobics skill level,team spirit,teaching effect,teaching satisfaction and learning attitude.The experimental results show that:(1)The number of students in the heterogeneous class whose aerobics skill scores are divided into excellent,good and medium is significantly higher than that in the homogeneous class.Before and after the experiment,the number of students in the homogeneous class and the heterogeneous class in the failed interval has changed from 5 to none,and the number of students in the excellent interval has changed from none to 1 and 3.For this reason,the use of homogeneous and heterogeneous grouping teaching can help improve students’ skill scores.However,after the experiment,the proportion of the number of excellent,good and medium in the heterogeneous class is much better than that in the homogeneous class.(2)After the experiment,the aerobics skill,the degree of cooperation within the group and the integration of movement and music of the students in the homogeneous class and heterogeneous class were significantly improved,but the improvement of the skill level of the students in heterogeneous class was more significant(P<0.01).Therefore,heterogeneous group teaching can improve students’ aerobics skills more effectively.(3)After the experiment,the team work spirit of students in both homogeneous and heterogeneous classes has significantly improved(P<0.01).The average score of team spirit in heterogeneous classes is higher than that of students in homogeneous classes,and the improvement of team spirit status of students in heterogeneous classes is greater.(4)Heterogeneous group teaching significantly improved the aerobics skills of middle level students(P<0.05),and the two indexes of cooperation completion degree and movement and music integration were significantly improved(P<0.01).(5)The improvement of the three indicators of aerobics movement skills,group cooperation completion and movement and music integration of high-level students in heterogeneous group teaching was very significant(P<0.01).(6)There were no significant improvements between homogeneous and heterogeneous group teaching in the three indicators of aerobics movement skills,group cooperation completion and movement and music integration of low-level students,but the scores of various indicators in heterogeneous class teaching were higher than those in homogeneous class.(7)In terms of teaching effect,teaching satisfaction and learning attitude,the average score of the three dimensions of heterogeneous class is significantly higher than that of homogeneous class,and all students in heterogeneous class and homogeneous class have significant differences in teaching effect(P<0.01).Therefore,heterogeneous classes have better teaching effects than homogeneous classes.Research conclusion:(1)The application of homogeneous and heterogeneous group teaching in the aerobics teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities has improved the students’ aerobics skills,but the skill level of students in heterogeneous classes has been improved more.(2)The use of homogeneous group teaching in calisthenics teaching of public sports courses in colleges and universities is not conducive to the progress of low level students.Therefore,it is not suitable to adopt homogeneous grouping teaching.(3)The use of heterogeneous group teaching in aerobics teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities is particularly significant for the improvement of aerobics skills of middle and high-level students.Through mutual learning and mutual assistance between middle and high levels,and repeated consolidation exercises between low levels,students are advocated to learn cooperatively and promote the improvement of movement quality.In the case of high-level assistance to low-level students,high-level students can enhance their sense of responsibility and thus shoulder the mission within the group.(4)The application of heterogeneous grouping teaching in the teaching of aerobics in the public sports class in ordinary colleges and universities has significantly improved the teaching effect.(5)The use of homogeneous and heterogeneous grouping in calisthenics teaching can improve students’ teamwork spirit,cultivate students’ collective identity and sense of belonging,and improve their team cooperation ability.(6)In the teaching of calisthenics in common physical class of college students,the use of heterogeneous grouping teaching can more effectively improve students’ calisthenics skills,team spirit and teaching effect.Therefore,the heterogeneous group teaching method is more valuable to the teaching of aerobics. |
