Since the Internet has been popularized, e-education also develops by leaps and bounds. Kinds of education institutions at home and abroad have carried out various forms of e-learning. In e-learning, there are large quantities of e-learning resources. Through these e-learning resources, students' independent learning ability has been developed, learning motivations have been stimulated, and defects of classroom learning have been made up. In order to avoid the repetition of build-up and investment, kinds of schools have launched a program to share their various e-learning resources.But the current resources sharing have stayed at slight apprehension level, and have not realized its real sense.The study starts from the importance and effectiveness of e-learning resources of foreign language on students'independent learning, and analyzes the current situation of e-learning shared resources and the research situation. Based on the development and demand of e-learning resource of foreign language in Chongqing colleges, we analyze the current difficulties and problems to understand the demand of the sharing platform. And on the basis, we design and build the sharing platform of e-learning resources between Chongqing colleges for research and technical preparation of the future realization of large-scale sharing.The focus of the study is to survey and analyze the involved colleges'situation of e-learning resources of foreign languages, and to design and develop the sharing platform of e-learning resources of foreign languages between Chongqing colleges.In the investigation stage, through on-site survey and discussions with the related teachers and audio-visual education workers, the author fully understand the involved colleges' situation of e-learning resources of foreign languages, the views of teachers and audio-visual education workers on the current difficulties about resource sharing, and the function demand of each colleges on the sharing platform of e-learning resources of foreign languages between Chongqing colleges.While design the sharing platform of e-learning resources of foreign languages between Chongqing colleges, the study obeys the unified metadata standards in order to fulfill the exchange and sharing of the e-learning resources. Introducing the concept of knowledge management while design the platform makes the platform possess the shared function and support independent learning.The study uses B/S architecture and key technologies, such as Ajax, RSS, and Tag etc to develop platform. After a trial period, we analyze and think about the effect of platform by adopting the customer's evaluation and statistical data.
