With the development of network technology, online education in China has maderapid development, but there are many resources sharing problems, for example, theproblem of repeated low-level development of resources, irregular education, resourcesheterogeneity, etc. Therefore, the sharing problem of network educational resources hasbecome a crucial issue of the development of online education in our country, and evenof lifelong education system and the learning society. This paper provides a way to establish a standardized resource sharing platform, which is based on the experience of resource sharing projects at home and abroad. ThisJ2EE-based platform is a "distributed storage, centralized management" type of onlineeducation resource sharing platform, and it employs CETLS, the domestic technicalstandard system, to make its resources standardized. The platform supports not only thechecking, registering and publishing of resources, but also the sharing of the educationalinformation and education environment so as to achieve a true sense of resourcessharing. To promote the sharing of resources, this paper builds an incentive systemmodel based on the incentive theory after analyzing the level needs of users. This paperalso constructs an agent-based incentive model after considering kinds of motivationalfactors. With the incentive model applied to the platform, the resources are greatlyenriched and improved in quality. Moreover, the utilization rate of resources issignificantly raised, and the sharing of resources is effectively promoted.
