On base of reuse software design theory, this thesis studies the "Component-based Virtual Instrument Development Methods". Two researches of component-based VI technology and hydraulic testing technology are included in this paper and main problems researched and achievement acquired are listed below:1. The thesis analyzed the present condition of component-based VI technique, studied the interface technique of component, designed some components which have changeable coordinates, changeable colors and changeable interfaces, such as digital meter, oscillograph panel. In addition, the author developed controls which could be applied in the static character testing system of electronic-hydraulic servo valve, including pressure character testing, flux character testing and static leak character testing.2. Studied the component development used in the dynamic character testing systemof electronic-hydraulic servo valve------BDT control. Its frequency range andangle range can be changed arbitrarily, and it is adapt to test the character of all kinds of servo valves.3. For the first time, The paper leads component-based VI development methods and VI flat to electronic-hydraulic servo valve test system, which makes the management and upgrading of software easier, and makes it flexible to test, calculate, control and diagnose troubles.4. Applied VI components to 'metal configuration prostration test system' , which made testing system developed quickly. It had acquired excellent effect in the inspect of pivot laboratory.5. Explored the technology of VI based on the network circumstance, built the basal frame of virtual laboratory on the web.
