Research And Implementation Of FCS Communication Technology

FCS is a new generation of control system.lt represent an developing direction that digital devices, network devices, control functions, device management are used in local machines. FCS is going to be the mainstream of automatic technology in the future, for its advanced character, practicability, reliability and openness. Our research targets are as follows: develop FCS-based communication software follow Foundation Fieldbus protocol; promote the development and application of Fieldbus technology.This paper firstly introduces the generation, meanings, features, advantages, kinds and developing trends of FCS; then analyses and summarizes the generation ,features,and advatanges of FF Fieldbus;researchs FF fieldbus-based communication technology;research and implement a communication system based on FF fieldbus.The system consist of slow speed H1 and high speed HSE.Our research includes the following aspects:(1) Research the system structure and the future of FCS;(2) Deeply research FF fieldbus;(3) Establish a FF fieldbus-based communication network;(4) Implement of the H1 communication based on FF;(5) Research and implement of fault-tolerant technology and encryption based on FF;(6) Deeply research the application of high speed ethemet in FF;Implement of checking communiction and data transition of HSE;(7) Research and implement of Real-time Database in our system;...
