Design And Implement Of Broadband Billing System

With constant development of the market of China Telecom and drastic competition, every trader that runs telecommunications must introduce the new products, new service in order to attract the customer constantly, and should improve service qualities and keep the customer here constantly, strengthen the customer's satisfaction. Nowadays, the user not merely needs it from obtaining the information passively on Internet, they need to get the thing that they need from the network on one's own initiative even more, VOD requesting from a radio station, the video conference, e-business, etc. Besides, appointing different charging tactics at different user groups and customize its serves is a problem in front of the trader that runs telecommunications if they want to get more market share. To resolve above problems, we develop a broadband billing system of flexible charging tactics, closing to the business demand and charging system of the market tactics of running trader. This system has been put to use in many traders.In the process of develop the system, I mainly engage in the system design and implement of the business process. Through the analysis of the business flow to the running trader, combined with the technology of workflow, we have realized enterprise business processes based on Web, including flexible charging tactics settings and business query modules for market analysis. In the beginning of the paper, we discuss a basic theory of billing system. Then we introduce the function demand and whole framework. In the following part, we describe design and implement of the three main part of the system in details, especially research and apply of workflow technology. Furthermore, we also depict the deployment of the system shortly. At last, we give a conclusion and look forward to the improvement of the billing system.
