The Design And Implementation Of Instance Message Server For Enterprise Based On J2EE

The communication is playing a more and more important role in social living with the development of the social. Along with the computer network popularization, a new kind of method of communication is becoming populated in Internet application and replacing the traditional role of email due to the huge convenient, instant and fast, which is Instant Message. It can help enterprise to enhance the communication, decrease the cost and increase the efficiency of working. But the growth of Instant Message for enterprise is slower than for personal Instant Message because that the main populated Instant Message is major for folks rather than enterprise application. We can see that it will be a wonderful future in Enterprise Instant Message.But it's pity that the different message protocol is isolated each other. There is a few stuff about the discussing of Instant Message . This article does some comparing during these major Instant Message and launch a detail discussion about the design and implementation of Instant Message Server, which is the core element in Instant Message software. I analyses the requirement of enterprise on which I design the message protocol based on XML and the data structure. This system which is based on J2EE and using O/R Mapping framework, Hibernate, uses TDD method to assure the high scalable, security and flexible.This system has gotten a good result during several months running in some enterprises working. I hope this article can contribute to the development of Instant Message.
