Hypertension is a common disease in clinic.It raised lots of concerns because of the high incidence of this disease in recent years.As the etiology and pathogenesis is complex,so the name of traditional Chinese medicine are various,like “Dizziness”“Tou Feng”“Gan Feng”.When the disease break out,patient feels rotational of substance before his eyes or around,like in the boat,with or without the clinical manifestations of headache,nausea, palpitations, insomnia and so on.While the blood pressure is controlled not good for long time,there will come out complications like angina pectoris,myocardial infarction,cerebral apoplexy and arteriosclerosis.It has serious influence on patient’s daily living,working and study,also reduce the quality life.My tutor,Professor Zhang Yan,as the medical director of Department of chronic disease,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.She is a famous doctor in Liaoning Province.My teacher has worked over 30 years,devoted herself to clinical researchs in the cardiovascular department.In the clinical practice,she thinks deeply and digests well and put forward her personal original view.For treating hypertension,my professor experienced.She through many years of clinical observation and practice,keeps moving learning and summarizes,come to her ingenuity.My teacher thinks that the name can be changed into “Mai Zhang”instead of hypertension by analyzing its pulse position and pulse condition.Use the name “Mai Zhang”can help to make a accuracy treatment according to syndrome differentiation and find a new way for treating hypertension.My teacher pays attention to combine pulse condition with treatment according to syndrome differentiation,and use her own experience into clinical,has obtained a perfect curative effect.
