| Purpose:By replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm to treat the CHD stable angina pectoris with spleen deficiency and phlegm syndrome. mi R-33,TC,TG,HDL,LDL of them and mi R-33 of normal persons are observed. This study investigates the effects of replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm on Micro RNA33ã€TCã€TGã€HDLã€LDL.The correlation between mi R-33 and TC,TG,HDL, LDL.It is expected to provide valuable biomarkers for the study, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of coronary heart disease.Material and method:The clinical trial design was carried out by using multi center, blind method, and randomized and parallel control group.First recruit subjects according to the selection criteria, and then divided the 160 subjects into test and control group at a proportion of 1:1.Subjects in test groups were given TCM granule which replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm, combining conventional western medicine;control groups were given placebo TCM granules(10% of the constituents of the test groups),combining conventional western medicine. Two groups were 2 times a day, each time 1 bags,12 weeks of treatment, followed up for 2 weeks. At the same time,20 cases of normal human peripheral blood were collected.SYBR Green method was used to investigate mi R-33 and Colorimetry method was used to investigate TC,TG,HDL,LDL.The changes of TC,TG,HDL,LDL and mi R-33 were observed.Analysis of the correlation between mi R-33 and TC,TG,HDL,LDL.Results:1.Relative expression of mi R-331)There was no statistical significance in the expression of mi R-33 between the test group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the expression of mi R-33 between the test group and the control group aftert reatment(P>0.05).2)The expression of mi R-33 was increased after treatment in the test group, but no statistical significance(P>0.05).3)The expression of mi R-33 was increased after treatment in the control group, but no statistical significance(P>0.05).4)The expression of two groups are lower than the expression of the normal group before treatment and it was statistically significant(P=0.000).Both the expression of the test group and the control group after treatment are all increased, but it was still lower than the normal group expression. It was statistically significant(P=0.000).2.TC1)It was not statistically significant, comparing week 4 of the two groups(P>0.05). It was statistically significant, comparing the week 12(P<0.05).2)TC in the test group was statistically significant, comparing week 4 and week 12 with week0(P<0.05).3)TC in the control group was not statistically significant, comparing week 4 and week 12 with week 0(P>0.05).4)The test group was better than the control group.3.TG1)It was not statistically significant, comparing week 4 of the two groups(P>0.05). It was statistically significant, comparing the week 12(P<0.05).2)TG in the test group was statistically significant, comparing week 4 and week 12 with week0(P<0.05).3)TC in the control group was not statistically significant, comparing week 4 and week 12 with week 0(P>0.05).4)The test group was better than the control group.4.HDL1)It was not statistically significant, comparing week 4 and week 12 of the two groups(P>0.05).2)HDL in the test group was increased than before treatment, but it in the test group was not statistically significant, comparing week 4 and week 12 with week 0(P>0.05).3)HDL in the control group was not statistically significant, comparing week 4 and week 12 with week 0(P>0.05).4)The test group was better than the control group.5.LDL1)It was not statistically significant, comparing week 4 of the two groups(P>0.05). It was statistically significant, comparing the week 12(P<0.05).2)LDL in the test group was not statistically significant, comparing week 4 and week 12 with week 0(P>0.05).3)LDL in the control group was not statistically significant, comparing week 4 and week 12 with week 0(P>0.05).6.Correlation analysisThere is no correlation between mi R-33 and TC,TG,HDL and LDL(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. TC,TG,LDL in patients with stable angina pectoris was decreased and HDL in patients with stable angina pectoris was increased by Replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm.2. The expression level of mi R-33 in patients with stable angina pectoris was increased by Replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing blood and eliminating phlegm.3. There is no correlation between mi R-33 and TC,TG,HDL,LDL.4. The expression level of mi R-33 was lower than that of normal person, mi R-33 is an evaluate of abnormal lipids metabolism biomarker. |
