Objective: The purpose of this retrospective study was to observe the clinical efficacy of treatment combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, to explore the advantages and features of this treatment, and providing a basis theoretical for clinical treatment of diabetic foot. Method: Selected 50 cases, who had received the treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University from January 2014 to June 2015, then collected the patient’s clinical data and observe the clinical characteristics, to analyze the treatment regimen and clinical efficacy. Results: 9 patients in the study were cured, 14 patients were significantly effective, 19 patients were effective, 8 patients were ineffective, 3 cases of amputation, and the total effective rate was 84 %, and the amputation rate is 6%. 3. The wound Area and local symptoms after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment, with no adverse reactions. Conclusion: 1. Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in treating diabetic foot, wound Area and local symptoms were significantly smaller than that before treatment. 2. The total effective rate in this study was 84%, the result show that this therapeutic method has better efficacy to treat DF and is safe to use clinically, and the higher grade of diabetic foot, the worse cure. 3. 3 cases of patients of 50 cases that was selected are amputated, they belong to the DF grading Ⅳ, and the amputation rate is 6%. 4. Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in treating diabetic foot is safe to use clinically.
