Purpose:Through between acupoint injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and cardiac muscle injection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell treatment for acute myocardial infarction in rats, and compared the two injection transplantation method for the improvement of heart function and observed between the two kinds of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation means of vascular cell adhesion factor 1(VCAM 1), late-onset antigen 4(VLA-4), 1 alpha matrix derived factor(SDF-1), 1 alpha receptors(CXCR4) matrix derived factors such as the expression of cytokines. To find out a by applying the method of cell transplantation in treatment of acute myocardial infarction(MI) of new and effective treatment measures.Material and method:This experiment chooses the animals to clean SD rats and two grade clean male SD rats. Clean level of SD rats weight is: 100 g + 10 g, it is mainly used for this experiment of cell culture; Clean level male SD rats weight: 250 g + 10 g, mainly used in the experiment of animal building. Transplant safety index mainly observed the rats’ blood routine, liver function, renal function and other corresponding indexes, and indirectly reflect the between bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells after security problems.Results:1.From the results of the determination of cardiac function change, acupoint injection of stem cells and myocardial injected stem cells group also showed the cardiac function has improved trend, two groups compared with model group the results showed that plasma BNP level, left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV), left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV), left ventricular short axis shortening rate(LVFS) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), and other indicators are improved, and had statistical significance(P<0.05); And myocardial stem cell injection group and the comparison between acupoint injection stem cell group, although have numerical difference, but no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Changes from the result of the expression of related cytokines, acupoint injection of stem cells and myocardial injected stem cells group showed a cytokine expression ability increased in the two groups compared with model group the results showed that blood vessel cells adhesion factor 1(VCAM-1), late-onset antigen 4(VLA-4), 1 alpha matrix derived factor(SDF-1 alpha), matrix derived factor alpha 1 receptor(CXCR4), and other indicators are increased, and had statistical significance(P<0.05); Myocardial injections of stem cells and comparison between groups with point injection of stem cells, although have numerical difference, but no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.From the perspective of the observation results of safety indicators, stem cells and cardiac muscle injection point injection group compared to model group of blood routine, liver function, renal function and other indicators are no significant change, no statistical significance(P>0.05); Stem cell group and the acupuncture point injection of stem cells and myocardial injection group comparison between no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Confirmed by experimental data, the acupuncture point injection of stem cells and cardiac muscle injections of stem cells in both the cardiac function of acute myocardial infarction rats.2.Confirmed by experimental data, the acupuncture point injection of stem cells and cardiac muscle injections of stem cells in rats with acute myocardial infarction, vascular cell adhesion factor 1(VCAM-1), late-onset antigen 4(VLA-4), 1 alpha matrix derived factor(SDF-1 alpha), matrix derived factor alpha 1 receptor(CXCR4) four kinds of the expression of cytokines have enhanced role.3.Confirmed by experimental data, the acupuncture point injection of stem cells and the treatment of myocardial injections of stem cells from the influence of routine blood, liver, kidney function perspective all have certain security.
