【Backbround】Myocardial infarction (MI) a serious threat to human life and health, with the incidence of coronary heart disease increases every year, the potential harm is also growing, so are the people's widespread concern, the prevention and treatment of myocardial infarction has become today the medical profession's research focus. Myocardial infarction of the most fundamental pathophysiological basis of the reduction of the number of myocardial cells, after the mesenchymal stem cells in-depth study, it was found that bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)may have the cardiac vascular cell proliferation. Study found that bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells both in vitro artificially induced myocardial infarction or partial transplant can be differentiated into myocardial cells, and vascular endothelial cells[1]. In addition, bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells collected from convenience, but also in the large number of in vitro amplification. Therefore, at present, in the field of renewable myocardial cells, bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells has become a major object of study.【Objective】Observation of mesenchymal stem cells Point Injection rabbit model of myocardial infarction infarct area of angiogenesis.【Methods】Thoracotomy with anterior descending coronary artery ligation was established model of acute myocardial infarction, has been modeling success in Japan rabbits were randomly divided into model group, the treatment group and control group. Brdu area of infarction immunohistochemical staining to observe whether MSCs Point transplantation moved to the infarct zone; Brdu positive staining of cells with cardiac - specific troponin-T staining to observe the migration and differentiation of cell differentiation is the nature of using SP Law CD31, bFGF, VEGF determination; serum VEGF levels in the determination.【Results】1, the treatment group infarct area of brdu immunohistochemical staining positive infarction zone cTnT positive staining.2, transmission electron microscopy observation seen in the treatment group capillary vascular pericytes (angiogenesis cells). 3, and CD31 immunohistochemistry, expression of bFGF, the treatment group was higher than model group and the control group(P <0.05); VEGF expression model group and the control group were higher than those in the treatment group(P <0.05).4, serum levels of VEGF, model group and the control group were higher than those in the treatment group(P <0.05).【Conclusions】Mesenchymal stem cell transplantation acupoints can be moved to the infarct zone, and can differentiate into infarcted myocardial cells; point injection of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells can induce angiogenesis in infarcted myocardium, which may be through the increased expression of bFGF to adjust the.
