In recent years, along with the "music curriculum standard of compulsoryeducation" to deepen the development in the reform of elementary education, theimplementation of the new curriculum reform has injected new vitality into the basicmusic education and improve the comprehensive ability of music teachersrequirements. Music education as a conveying basic music educators "Fountain",plays a vital role in cultivating comprehensive ability of music teachers’development. New curriculum standard proposed new ideas, new requirements, newtargets for basic music education, the emphasis on the basic courses, practicecharacteristics and comprehensive, the competent basic music education teachers,comprehensive ability is certainly not in the assessment of teachers development.Music education in normal universities as the cradle of future teachers of basic music,curriculum reform and innovation must be carried out according to the actual needsof the new curriculum and the teachers of basic education, to adapt to the newcurriculum on Teachers’ comprehensive ability requirements of comprehensivedevelopment.In addition, with the expansion of enrollment has brought severe employmentsituation allows us to see the rapid development of society, the lack of talent, lack ofhigh-quality talents in the development of comprehensive abilities. Therefore, thispaper is based on the training of students in higher music education and musiceducation for people between the problems and the status quo, in2011promulgatedthe "compulsory education music course standard" for Junki, examine theshortcomings of the current music education in normal universities, trying to a newperspective and the starting point to explore the comprehensive ability of musiceducation students of higher teachers training strategy, hopes to take this opportunity,open a new way for music education personnel training, but also provide a referencefor students to win the competition in employment.
