The articles made how to nurture basic education requirements of the New Curriculum music teacher in music teaching professionals as a starting point. Then we investigated four colleges in Wuhan who had music education professionals of the different types on curricula instruction. On the basis of comprehensive mastering training plans of these school, first, I done a detailed analysison thefactors which have decisive influence to the structure of the personal knowledge,such as the school categories of courses, content, lesson sequence, and so on. Second, I generalized the advantages and disadvantages of the current high musical education. Meanwhile, i made a contrast between the music teacher standards requested by the New Curriculum and the consequence of the current personnel training, and from that, i try to find the reasonable situation and the unreasonable gaps between them. Finally, i deeply discuss the factors that have causality with the questions above.
